Hello,
I need to travel to Iran for business. The problem is that I'm married to a man (I'm a man myself).
What should I do with regard to the visa application given the fact that Iran is one of the most dangerous countries for gays?
Would it be dangerous to lie on the visa application and fill out
"single" as marital status. My passport doens't mention my marital
status, so theoretically thay cannot know it (unless they check the
national registry in my country.
Many thanks for your advice.

We were jetlagged, culture shocked, and hungry, so that first night, my father and brother courageously ventured out into the wild in search of provisions. I fell asleep before they returned. The next morning, I woke up at 5 a.m. and ravenously feasted on a cold Quarter Pounder with cheese and limp French fries that had been left by my beds...
