Ali Parvin looks like a fat John McCain.
She lies. She couldn't have met her husband 20 years ago (from 2013). Veterinarian Dr. Kathi Meenan mostly treats dogs and cats in her day job at Rippowam Animal Hospital in Stamford. But her free time is all about horses. Meenan runs "Wishes for Horses," a non-profit on Richards Ave., near the Norwalk-Darien town line. Her all-volunteer group teaches horseback riding and care, as well as mucks stalls, cleans bridles and saddles, and walks, feeds, grooms and waters horses. This past Sunday Meenan spent some quality time with Nikki, Aria and Hannah, Wishes for Horses' three ponies-in-residence. As she parceled out carrots purchased in bulk from Costco, Meenan recalled lamenting her fate to her boyfriend. "I said, 'I come with five horses. Who would marry me?' and he said, 'I would,'" she recalled her husband having said. That was 20 years ago.
A 61-year-old doctor from Virginia, born in the US, has shockingly been stripped of his citizenship due to his late father's status as an Iranian diplomat at the time of his birth in a shocking upset. Siavash Sobhani found himself stateless when he attempted to renew his passport in June this year, with officials claiming he should never have been granted American citizenship in 1960, reports the Washington Post. The State Department explained that children born in the US to parents with diplomatic immunity, like his father had as an Iranian Embassy employee, shouldn't automatically acquire citizenship. This is despite the usual rule that all babies born in the US are given citizenship. Although Sobhani is a respected doctor with 3,000 active patients and degrees from prestigious universities, the State Department still took this action. Sobhani has lived in the US for his entire life, except for a brief period during his childhood when his family moved to Turkey.

Women with facial hair used to be relegated to carnival sideshows, but one bearded lady is fighting for her right to remain unshaven. Explaining hairs started sprouting from her chin at the age of 21 after the birth of son, Mariam first tried to conform to societal beauty norms by plucking them out each morning and having electrolysis done. “My chin got really red and inflamed from all the plucking, and some of the hairs were ingrown, so it always looked like I'd fallen on my chin,” the woman of German-Iranian heritage told ITV. “But when people asked what had happened and I told them they couldn't believe it.” But some five years ago, she decided she would accept her furry fate – and fight for more tolerance. Mariam, who now lives in Britain, started a blog to explain what she was going through. “One day I realized that the hair on my chin belongs to my body and that it should be there,” she wrote. “Today I am happy to have had the chance to live with a beard

I suggested he get a divorce first. http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic..._gay-Iran.html Hello, I need to travel to Iran for business. The problem is that I'm married to a man (I'm a man myself). What should I do with regard to the visa application given the fact that Iran is one of the most dangerous countries for gays? Would it be dangerous to lie on the visa application and fill out "single" as marital status. My passport doens't mention my marital status, so theoretically thay cannot know it (unless they check the national registry in my country. Many thanks for your advice.
